Otto offers more than any other apartment community in Central East Austin – majority are 80% AMI.
Annual Income is based on the Area Median Income (AMI). AMI tracks the midpoint of household incomes across the Austin–Round Rock–San Marcos Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). Half of the families earn more than this amount, and half earn less. Otto has a majority of homes at 80% of AMI, with some additional 60% AMI units set aside. AMI thresholds adjust depending on how many people live in a home.
It is based on a total household income and number of residents in the home. On the high, it can’t exceed the AMI income limit which is determined by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and on the low, there is a formula based on
the annual rent not exceeding 30% of total income. Our leasing team can walk you through the details.
Total monthly leasing prices include base rent, all mandatory monthly fees and any user -selected optional fees. Excludes variable or usage-based fees and required charges due at or prior to move-in or at move-out.
